Went on Tom Stroud’s IW Radio show on Monday lunchtime to talk about my CDs. As ever, I enjoyed working with young Tom, who actually first joined the station to work with me back in the 90s. I am so proud of what he has achieved, as I am with so many others who have worked with me on John Hannam Meets.
I have just had confirmation of a future interview with a guy I rate as Britain’s best-ever rock ‘n’ roll singer. When the date has been confirmed all will be revealed.
Can’t believe it – a few days with no interviews or pantos. With my two young people now home from London this is just perfect. Working on Boxing Day from 2-4pm with my Pantomime Special. This should be fun with Britt Ekland, Aiden J Harvey, Peter Duncan, Howie Watkins and Mitchell Armstrong.
Meanwhile – back at the office – a few names already pencilled in for next year
but how can I follow such a fantastic 2010, which included Neil Sedaka, Duane Eddy, Russell Watson, Billy Ocean, Aled Jones ansd Micky Dolenz.
