WC NOVEMBER 25

Several local interviews for The Beacon and John Hannam Meets have been finalised. One or two surprises, too. I’m also trying to fit in at least 12 pre-Christmas pantomimes.

It has been a catch-up week, particularly with admin, following my hectic previous week. Saw Little Shop of Horrors from the Sandown Bay Academy on Tuesday night at Shanklin Theatre. It was so different from the Medina College production of a couple of years back. On Saturday night I visited the Medina Theatre, Newport, to see Dance Bites from the Gillian Cartwright School of Dance. Loved the ballet sequences and Peter and the Wolf. I loved seeing her husband, Peter Voysey, he of local double glazing fame, playing a few unexpected roles. He did not disappoint.
