The highlight of the week was on Wednesday when I went up to the New Victoria Theatre at Woking to interview VINCENT SIMONE and FLAVIA CACACE, the stars of the brilliant new show Dance Til Dawn, which is doing fantastic business on tour. It comes to the Mayflower, Southampton, from July 1 to 6. It has now been confirmed for the West End later this year. Vincent and Flavia have long been favourites on Strictly.
Went to The Road on Thursday night at the Apollo, Newport. Sadly, only around 30 in the audience. It was different to I expected and there were several excellent performances – from one lady in particular. The set was one of the best I had ever seen on an Island amateur stage.
Friday ended on another high note. Confirmation for a London interview with one of my favourite actors. She has been in so many top movies and TV shows, including several films directed by Anthony Minghella.
