Saw a brilliant show on Wednesday night when the Stylistics were in concert at Shanklin Theatre. It was quite an amazing experience and they performed for 80 minutes and the full house enjoyed every minute. Superbly perfected act, both vocally and visually, and the group, with two original members still in their line-up, have been going for 48 years.
Headed for Guildford on Friday to interview two famous stage, movie and TV actors JUDY CORNWELL and DIANE FLETCHER. They were both in A Murder Is Announced, which comes to Shanklin Theatre from March 29 to April 2.
I have also completed eight chapters of my new book which, if everything goes to plan, will be available in the autumn of 2016. Marty Wilde is going to write the foreword.
On the cold Saturday afternoon I decided to go and watch Newport play in the second round of the national FA Vase. They finally defeated from Surrey 3-1, after extra timed Abbey Rangers. Some fans left just before the 90 minutes were up with the score at 1-1. They did not realise there was extra time.
