Top professional actor Graham Pountney, who was a regular in the hit television series Howard’s Way, has had an Isle of Wight home for many years. Recently he was heard in an interview on John Hannam Meets. On Wednesday June 26 and Thursday June 27 Graham and a cast of top actors, including Virginia Stride, are presenting three short plays at Newport’s Quay Arts Centre. Two of which, Hang Up and Days Like These, were written by the Island’s late Oscar winner Anthony Minghella. Summer Love commences at 8pm on both nights.
