WC MARCH 2

News that one of Britain’s finest actors has agreed to an interview was a great start to the week. All could be revealed soon and negotiations are likely to begin soon. I have loved him in so many movies and TV shows. Very exciting.

Thursday was such a terrible day for weather and I was cheered up by an interview in Guildford with such a lovely lady, Tessa Peake-Jones (pictured). Millions know her as Raquel in Only Fools and Horses and Mrs Maguire in Grantchester. We had fun and then we saw the current play she is in called Bang Bang. This is written by John Cleese and is a brilliant farce and so funny. The Yvonne Arnaud Theatre audience loved it and they had several curtain calls.

En route I had an email to confirm I had another interview now arranged for Saturday in Richmond. Looking forward to that one, as I was a great fan of Heartbeat.

I was on the mainland again on Saturday to interview Mark Jordon in Richmond. He is currently touring Britain in a brilliant production of The Cat and the Canary. He is known by millions as PC Phil Bellamy in Heartbeat and Daz Spencer in Emmerdale. Listen out soon for my podcast interview with him.
