The first episode of John’s two-part feature on the story of Ryde’s Commodore Theatre/Cinema has just been published in the County Press. This has already proved popular and John has had some encouraging feedback. It is also proving popular online. Part two will feature some of the legendary pop stars who have played at the Commodore and reveal how the venue shaped the early life of a Hollywood Oscar winner.
